All deliveries are shipped and tracked via Collect Plus for UK and Royal Mail (International Standard or International Tracked & Signed) for International Shipping. Please note all orders are placed on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. Customers are responsible for any import and clearance duties.

Yes, you will receive an email notification from us when your item is shipped.

Your items should be received within 4-6 days of your order date for UK and Europe Delivery .

But it may take more longer for International Delivery. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method you select at the point of checkout, but are generally as follows:

  • International Standard: up to 2 or 3 weeks.

This method can take up to 30 days (depending on where you live), cannot be fully tracked and is not insured.

  • International Tracked & Signed: 10 to 12 days and has full tracking.

PLEASE NOTE: If you refuse to pay the customs fees and the package is not returned to NA, we will not issue a refund. If the package is returned, it is treated like a regular return and your original shipping fee’s are not refunded

Note: Delivery dates are estimates only. Orders can be delayed by customs. NA is not responsible for orders that have been delayed by customs. Please notify NA if it has been over 30 days and you have not received your merchandise.

Note: If you using Royal Mail International Standard Delivery you cannot track the item. We recommend to use the Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed for International Delivery.

**NOTE: We do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. You must send back unwanted product at your own expense. Please send the item(s) back via Royal Mail or Collect Plus with tracking number.

**NOTE: Changes to orders are accepted if they are requested within 24 hours after placed order. Once you place your order, we typically send the order to your address at 3pm (GMT), if you order after 3pm (GMT)  we send the order tomorrow.

After you have placed your desired item(s) in your shopping cart, enter the code in the field marked ‘Promotional Code’ and proceed through the rest of the checkout process. There will be a similar field on the final page of checkout, as well. Only one code valid per order, can not be used in combination with other codes.
